What a crazy, hectic, beautiful, fun, wild weekend! It seems like I barely spent any time at home.  Friday night was our end of the season soccer party.  Things got a little out of hand, what with the ice luge and all.  Saturday was spent sleeping in, getting a very late lunch at Ted's, celebratory dinner at 1905 for Kevin's graduation, and then some beers at American Ice Company to cap off the night. 

Sunday was our championship soccer game! After being tied 1-1 at the end of regulation, we went into sudden death ten minute overtime.  Almost immediately, we got called for a handball in the box, and they scored the penalty kick.  It was a bummer, but we really held our own, played a great game, and had a lot of fun.  It's sad this season had to end that way, but spring season starts up in just 2 weeks!

The team had a post-game brunch at Red Rocks (did I eat out enough this weekend?) which was super fun and a great way to unwind after the game.  Finally, we got home around 4pm for what seemed like the first time all weekend, and just completely vegged out.  Much needed and much deserved.
