Ode to Patio Season

Can we talk about patio season for a minute?  Because it's the best.

In DC, you have solid patio season from about March through October.  It's glorious.  

Don't get me wrong, I love a good rooftop, but there's something about being on street level, people-watching, being right in the thick of things that I just love.

We're done with heavy coat season and onto light jackets, followed by long sleeves, and finally followed by no layering at all!

The most important question when patio sitting is of course, what to drink.  And really, the only acceptable answer is rosé.

Kidding!  Everyone know anything you drink tastes better on a patio.  Even water.
