Last summer, I was all about the crossbody bag.  It was hands-free, sporty, and on trend.  Now that I'm a year older, I'm drawn to the classier envelope clutch.  Don't get me wrong - the crossbody bag is amazing and I love it, but for a nice restaurant or a night out dancing, the envelope clutch elevates your look a bit.  In my opinion, the bigger, the better.  Opt for a neutral bag with a patterned dress, or a bold and bright one with a more subdued outfit.  I'm on the lookout for the perfect straw or rattan envelope clutch right now - perfect for every summertime event.
